The premium line-up at Sydney’s newest commercial precinct, Brookfield Place, is nearly complete with elite global law firm Clifford Chance securing 2,611 sqm of space to join NAB, Allianz, Moelis Australia, Hub and Brookfield in the precinct.

Relocating from its current premises at 1 O’Connell Street, Clifford Chance is one of the world’s pre-eminent law firms with significant depth and range of resources across five continents. It will occupy all of level 24 and part of level 23 within Brookfield Place’s main office tower on an 8-year lease term commencing in August 2022.
