Kick off your night in The Clocktower Bar from 7:30pm, for an evening of elevated energy high above the city. Experience a three-course dinner crafted by Culinary Director Joel Bickford and Head Chef Jarrod Walsh.
Hidden behind mirrored doors and perched above the CBD, the Clocktower Bar envelopes you in a deep, rich red cocoon – polished timber, plush velvet seating and a low amber glow. A private club sensibility defines the room, where a social two-hat dining experience is soundtracked by Sydney’s best DJs as the night begins to unfold.

From 9pm, head straight to the top where the night continues in Sky Bar – our rooftop oasis where a New York state of mind meets glittering city skyline views.
