Outdoor exhibition

Throughout its development Brookfield Place Sydney has established a commitment for delivering evocative arts installations.

Through its development, the construction hoardings were converted into an outdoor gallery. Adorning its facades were installations by Sydney-based creative Luca Ionescu (well known for his typography and logo work, and his instantly iconic design for the film ‘The Great Gatsby’) and one of Australia’s most recognisable artists – Chris O’Doherty (aka Reg Mombassa)

These large scale murals embody Brookfield Places global integration of arts into everyday spaces for city workers, tourists and visitors who come and go from the area each day, and has enlivened the precinct during its revitalisation.
