The Sky Bar
Level 10/37 Margaret St – Entry via Wynyard Lane
Perched high above the bustling Sydney City streets, comes a new home for golden hours, long drinks, tall stories & great food.
The open-air Sky Bar centres around the 400-tonne heritage Shell House Clocktower, providing guests with wide panoramic views of the city skyline. Floor to ceiling glass doors placed around the pavilions retract, exposing diners to the open-air and views across the city.
A truly unique experience in the Sydney CBD.
“The Sky Bar is designed for fun and relaxation, a getaway, an oasis in the city. It just feels like the city’s living room to me. It’s just super relaxed. It’s easy.” – Brett Robinson, Shell House owner, and restaurateur.
The Shell House Bar team has delivered a line-up of snacks and drinks made for conviviality among friends – the perfect mood setters to take in fresh perspectives of the Sydney cityscape.
Snacks include Oscietra Caviar; a Spiced Snapper Collar; or Coal-Roasted Quail. The beverage program includes Champagnes, progressive and classic wines, or a light and bright list of spritzes.
The more adventurous can try the tongue-in-cheek “Negative Gearing” (following on from the Menzies Bar “In-cider Trading”), leveraging clarified ice cream bourbon, amaro, hazelnut, and smoked coconut.
